Playing the violin

I have started learning the violin when I was four years old, this instrument has given me the passion until now. 

 

Netball

My interest is playing netball, I believe that I have increased awareness of my own strengths and areas for growth both physically and socially, which has enable me to enrich my journey for the past two years and myself as a learner. Firstly, as being part of a team I have improved my fitness, footwork on the court and my shooting skills through regular commitment to the sport and by practicing on a regular basis with my teammates. Some of the fitness drills that I had found are particularly effective including playing mock games during practice which would develop my confidence in netball skills for the upcoming games.

My future career plan

I want to be a business analyst in the IT field as this enables me to examine the functions of a program. Throughout the degree, I hope to gain a number of transferable skills on the course including analytical and critical thinking to have a creative approach on problem solving and decision-making. Self-reliance, initiative and the ability to manage time, projects and resources are one of the important aspects to improve my persuasive writing and oral communication in order to appreciate the causes and effects of economic and other external changes.
